THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THE LIVE AUDIO SERIES "A FRESH LOOK AT TACTICS: PROPELLING STRATEGY TO ACTION"
Recently, in an effort to expand knowledge of some of the situations that people are typically running into in some of these 'court' and/or administrative procedures that many people get drawn into, it was thought to bring in some 'fresh' information based on observations and real life application which might be helpful.
To do this, a friend of mine, Spencer, agreed to share some of his experiences in situations he has encountered. What he has found is that certain 'nuances' he has discovered both in court room and administrative situations had improved his successes.
Having originally presented he information in an interactive three part audio series, we were able to use the questions that were submitted by attendees of the live events to further refine and elaborate on the concepts we wished to share, as well as to hone in on what many of our attendees were thinking of - how these tactics might work in a real court situation.
This presentation is broken into three parts. The first part deals with the theory behind court tactics. In the second part, we continue that discussion and highlight key phrases and concepts. The third part is 'story telling' time, where we bring up some real life experiences in court, and elaborate on how some of the tactics presented has played out in real life. -Winston
