Shipping & Returns

All eStore Customer Support is provided via email to orders@wssic.com. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for a reply.  Include your contact information and order number if available.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Please keep in mind that we are closed on Fridays.

Standard Shipping: We offer USPS Media Mail shipping to U.S. addresses for a flat rate of $7 per order. All U.S. orders totaling $250 or more are shipped via standard shipping for free unless another shipping method is selected. WSSIC store orders are generally shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt, with an expected delivery time of 7 to 10 business days from the date the order was shipped. 

Priority Shipping: We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to U.S. addresses for a flat rate of $12 per order. WSSIC store orders are generally shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt, with an expected delivery time via Priority Mail of 2 to 4 business days from the date the order was shipped. There may be additional shipping fees for orders over 5lbs.

Express Shipping: We offer USPS Express Mail shipping within the U.S. for an additional $30. Express orders are sent out within 2 business days, and will typically arrive 2 to 3 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Overnight delivery of products is not guaranteed. There may be additional shipping fees for orders over 5lbs.

International Shipping: We offer USPS International shipping at the rate of $35 USD. Generally, international orders will arrive within two weeks, though occasionally international shipping can take longer. There may be additional shipping fees for orders over 5lbs.


RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. Therefore, your order is processed as quickly as possible because timely delivery is important to us. Our dedication to speedy delivery means we may not be able to stop or delay a shipment. This means that if you decide to cancel your order at anytime following your initial order placement, the following policy regarding the return of your product will apply.

If you wish to return a product for a credit or a refund, we will accept your return under the following conditions:

    1. It is within 14 days of the time you received your order.
    2. The package is 100% unopened and undamaged. (Please note: for product to arrive undamaged it must be properly wrapped and protected for return shipping.)
    3. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS/REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Books/Transcripts - All Book & Transcript sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Viewed/Used Products - All opened, viewed, or used products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  3. Incompatible Products - As stated in our catalog web pages, our DVDs are manufactured for play in Standard DVD players and PC Computers. Our DVDs may be incompatible with some versions of the MacIntosh operating system. By purchasing from WSSIC, you assume that your product will be compatible with your system. Returns and exchanges will not be offered in this circumstance, as it is not considered to be a defective product due to incompatibility.
  4. Gardening Membership Dues, Live Event Tuition, and Webinar Tuition. WSSIC reserves the right to decide to either hold an event in an adjusted format, postpone an event, or offer a credit or refund to registrants.

  3. Product you wish to return
  4. The Reason for your return

We will then review your information and contact you with the product return instructions. Once we receive the product and confirm that the above conditions have been met, we will email you the timeframe for which you should expect to receive your credit or refund. Please note: Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from all credits or refunds given.

Important Note: If you purchased your product via a credit card, your refund may take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to post. Unfortunately, even though we issue the refund in a timely manner, we cannot control when your credit card company passes the refund back to you.
