Foundational Understanding: Making the Claim DVD

Many people may ask 'just what is all of this commercial redemption stuff all about'? Perhaps most of the population are not aware of how things really are in our present circumstances. They see the things that go on without a clue as to the how, when, what, where, and why.

In this review of Foundational Understanding the effort has been to start from ground zero, so to speak, to give even someone who has not encountered any of this thought process a starting point. This effort has been geared to give someone who has absolutely no experience in this arena an idea of where it all came from and some of the basic technology for 'Making the Claim'. Most are not aware that we are operating under public policy which is enforced by the Admiralty Courts ... and yes, all of our courts are Admiralty Courts which simply enforce the national bankruptcy.

Although this is 'easy listening', the viewer should listen closely because some key words and ideas will be presented for further study. The style of delivery is basically conversational until we get into the second part which deals with the fundamental technologies (such as the 'straw man', UCC-1 Financing Statement, Security Agreements, Affidavit of Life, etc.) where one would do well to print out the documents on the included CD to follow along.

My presentation is non-confrontational, but is just 'matter of fact' as I lay out the elements which many are new to ... and for those who do have some measure of competency in these matters ... read between the lines for hints of higher understanding. I have found that many of us who consider ourselves 'learned' have not lent as much weight to foundational issues as perhaps we ought to do (I have listened to the finished product and quite like it myself).

So, for those of you who have had the experience of the 'deer staring in the headlights' effect when discussing some of these concepts with others ... here is the 'ice breaker' ... a place to start a meaningful discussion that even 'Joe six-pack' or 'Molly home maker' would find interesting.

I hope this is a value to you. WS

The Strawman Trilogy

The Illusive Strawman - Part One
This is a primary discussion of what the strawman is, who created it, and what some of the attributes of it are. In this discussion there are perhaps some illusions broken up with the intent to have a correct understanding of the cause and nature of the illusive strawman. Hopefully the student will come to see that the strawman is not a danger when properly dealt with. In fact, rather than a problem, the strawman can be seen as a necessity to operate in the world of commerce, or in the run-of-the-mill purchase of bread and milk at the grocery.

The Lighted Match - Part Two
The strawman in the Wizard of Oz was afraid of only one thing: the lighted match. Once the student comes to the understanding of the necessity of the strawman in our present world, the student might want to protect that poor man of straw so that the lighted match does not destroy it. On this DVD, some technologies and processes are discussed to secure certain benefits for the use of the strawman.

The Man of Steel - Part Three
Straw burns and steel does not, at least until you raise the temperature to 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. Getting in control of and strengthening the man of straw turns it into a Man of Steel. So, in this discussion the student is informed of methods to utilize the strength thus created to solve certain problems encountered in commerce. Here we have a few practical applications of how the Man of Steel can now come to the rescue.

Money of Account vs. Money of Exchange

People often get very confused when they talk about money. They have it, they spend it, and sometimes even save a little bit of it - but probably without ever considering what money actually is. Most people don't realize that a certain type of money is only for use in private commercial transactions. But when they enter the public realm, a different form of money is used. Since confusing the two types of money can cause a lot of problems in people's lives, a clear understanding of the difference between Money of Exchange and Money of Account is absolutely critical. This DVD provides an essential understanding of the two types of money.
